Meanwood Valley Urban Farm Garden Project

Meanwood Valley Urban Farm was established in 1980. From small beginnings, it has gradually grown and it now cares for a selection of farm animals including rare breeds, offers a range of training projects and placements for young people and the long term unemployed, provides hands-on projects and activities including pond dipping, mini beast hunts and nature trails, and has a certified organic unit, a shop, café and Epicentre.

It is now looking to extend its facilities by creating a new fully accessible terraced garden with raised beds on an unused area of the site.
