Medway Smile Chalk Habitats Project

-Working on a landscape-scale, this project will restore and re-create a mosaic of precious chalk habitats on a number of ecologically linked sites
-It will also increase understanding of the ecology of chalk habitats and species, and improve their conservation, by developing a monitoring programme that captures the influence of management and other factors on the distribution of key species at a landscape level. This will test the efficacy of management techniques at the sub-site level and inform future conservation on a broad scale.
