Melbourne United Reformed Church Hall Repair of Flat Roof

To replace the flat roof section of the community hall which is linked to a grade 2 listed church. This area includes community spaces (classroom, kitchen and store) which are used in conjunction with the hall. The roof has been assessed by ASBC Heritage and Conservation. It is in poor condition, the coverings have failed, water ingress is penetrating the structure which has caused the deck to decay and rot. There is a partial collapse in the store area. The flashings have split and mortar joints have failed. All roof coverings will be removed, the timber structure will be repaired and a new roof covering will be installed over a new ply deck.
