Memorial/Community Garden

To build a memorial & community garden in the grounds of Coatham Memorial Hall and Redcar Boxing Club. The garden offers open access to the public as a place to socialise and relax while acting as a legacy to local people who historically, fought in World Wars I and II. The communal garden will encourage public interest in the community activities offered at the Memorial Hall; one of the activities is to link with veteran charities to utilise the interior and exterior spaces, and deploy them into volunteering opportunities at community events including the outreach programmes.
