Mercer House Roof Refurb

The roof is in need of some urgent attention. As part of a complete roof refurbishment, the specification is as follows:
1) Supply & erect scafolding to access both sides of the roof to allow for access
2) Strip off existing slate roof
3) Fet and batton using breathable membrane and treated battens
4) Strip out and replace lead box gutter
5) Grind out and re-point both chimney stacks
6) Re-slate the roof using recalimed Welsh blue slate
7) Replace all lead saokers and cover flashings to parapet walls and chimney stacks
8) Re-bed and point existing angle capped ridge tiles
9) Clean and tidy site upon completion
10) Bring loft space into office use
