To develop end market demand for recycled products amount Merseyside's major procurers which in turn will stimulate markets for recyclate and diversion from landfill. The project will; launch a Merseyside Buy Recycled Procurement Programme; gain 40 signatories to the code; provide technical support to 25 organisations; undertake 2 major procurements projects.
