Mile Cross Methodist Church Community Garden Project

We are hoping to develop the piece of rough ground behind the church into a garden space, which will be available for both chuch and community use. It would provide a safe, off road space for children’s groups to explore the possibilities of planting and watching things grow as well as others getting involved in gardening activities. It would also provide a place for relaxation and sitting for local people, particularly for those from nearby flats which have little in the way of garden space. The garden will be accessible to all.
