Milford Sports Club, Leeds – Changing Rooms Improvements (008044)

This project aims to enhance the functionality, efficiency, and appearance of the changing rooms and associated facilities at Milford Sports Club, ensuring a better experience for users, which include over 150 children playing in junior sides from age five to 18 and a growing girls section. There are have external users who will benefit from improvements to the changing rooms e.g. Leeds Beckett University, and the WCs within the clubhouse i.e. Andy’s Man Club.

There has been very little upgrades to the 50 year old changing rooms, aside from some flooring and the fitting of a new boiler. The project therefore involves us upgrading the eight changing rooms by modernising the lighting and both showers and WCs, whilst repairing surround walls. The male and female WCs within the clubhouse building are around 20-25 years old and also suffering from wear and tear, necessitating an upgrade. We’ll also improve the attractiveness of these facilities by redecorating changing, WCs and adjoining area.
