Use upskilled Future Jobs Fund trainees from a local social enterprise to refurbish a community activity centre (portakabin) in North Kirklees which has fallen into disrepair, to bring the portakabin back into use and safeguard its ongoing availability as a 'fit for purpose' public amenity.
