Millhead Playing Fields Improvements

Millhead now has a new village hall but the area around it is badly run down. Phase 1 we aim to address soft and hard landscaping/village hall externals, refurbish the currently unusable changing rooms next to the hall. Refurbish damaged play equipment and add a limited range of provisions for toddlers.
