Millie Bank & Raven Beck Environmental & Footpath Improvments

The project aims to carry out improvements to the drainage and surface of a well-used public right-of-way close to Kirkoswald and to improve the access furniture (gates etc.). The objective is to enhance the experience of footpath users, particularly those with limited mobiltiy, in partnership with Cumbria County Council’s Footpath Team, and to enhance the natural environment, provide interpretation and raise awareness of wildlife and this resource in the local community. Local schools will be involved in the process.
