Mirfield Parish CC (West Yorkshire) - Urgent Repairs to Damaged/Collapsed Roof

This project will see the roof repaired at Mirfield Parish CC. The project will be completed by accredited professionals and includes: -Stripping existing roof/defective timber, replacing with 18mm OSB structural board. -Install new PIR insulation board to comply with building regulations. -Install new roof, made up of 2-layer built up bituminous system including all upstands, outlets and flashings(comes with 20 year guarantee). -Supply/fit new UPVC-fascia where roof levels been raised due to insulation upgrade. -Supply/fit new guttering/RWP. The club hosts various community groups (thousands of locals) ranging from elderly coffee mornings, elderly bowling clubs, children's/adults sporting groups (from age 5+)(cricket/hockey/football/pool) and they are a social meeting point for the town/villages/groups. If the roof isn't renewed soon, then a vital community venue may be forced to close.
