Monarchs Way Footpath

To provide a safer crossing point across the Fosseway for walkers following the Monarch Way long distance footpath.
A pathway along the western side of Stow Hill would enable walkers to cross in 40mph, 2 lane road using a pedestrian refuge rather than attempting to cross a busy 3 lane 60mph road.
