Monmouth to Symonds Yat Railway Path

To convert 5.5km of former railway and forest and farm tracks into a traffic-free path, enabling walkers, cyclists and wheelchair users to avoid the dangerous local roads and travel safely between Monmouth and Symonds Yat. It will link into the Safe Routes to Schools scheme at Monmouth comprehensive school and provide sustainable access to and within the Wye Valley Area of outstanding natural beauty.
