Monty’s Community Hub, Southampton – Refurbishment (10231/D)

The Project aim is to refurbish Monty’s Community Hub in order that our current activities can flourish and further provision can be developed. This project works include repairing/replacing insecure windows, doors and security shutter, renovating the kitchen (replacing a broken domestic with a small catering kitchen), repairing the disabled toilet to improve accessibility, expanding the main space by knocking through to an unused office, updating the electrical/heating systems, replacing various broken water heaters with a combined water heater, restoring various areas which have been damaged by damp, and redecorating the whole building.

The trust will contribute towards the refurbishment works.
