Moor Row Playground Fund

The village of Moor Row has an existing, tired and uninspiring play area, which is now closed. The project aims to remove and, in some cases, re-use existing play equipment, re-order the layout of the site, lay new paths, install up-to-date approved play surfaces, new equipment and fencing. This will revitalise a formerly well-used social space, providing activities for local children from pre-school to teenagers and a place for all ages to gather and interact. The project also aims to engage with, and encourage the involvement of, the local community through a volunteer programme to help maintain the landscaped areas through volunteer days and activities.
