Moorside Cricket & Bowling Club, Oldham - Changing Facilities Extension (5938/D)

A capital project to transform the changing facilities to be used by the Club and the community, schools and colleges. An extension (approximately 10.5m x 2.5m x 2.5m x 2.5m) to the rear of the existing changing rooms will involve creation/installation of: Discrete female changing room with shower, toilet and hand basin; A male shower area with six showers; 4 toilets and hand basins in male changing area; A water boiler (electric) to provide hot water for the showers; Bio-waste Disposal tank and soak-away; The addition of an extension to the sloping roof to cover the proposed extension; The landscaping and re-paving of the land surrounding the changing room; and The installation of fixed all-weather seating at the front elevation of the building The Trust grant is a contribution towards the changing room extension.
