Morland Community Play Area

The aim of the project is to purchase and install new playground equipment to enhance and improve the existing Morland play area. The site is old, underused and lacking stimulating, challenging and adventurous play equipment. The new scheme will provide a free and central play area which caters for all ages and abilities and inspires imaginative play and provides better opportunities for wholesome physical exercise.

The area is in a rural village so will help reduce rural isolation. It also reduces the need to travel for outdoor play equipment. In addition to the extensive community use it will also be an exciting resource for playgroup, nursery and school who are situated across the road
