Morley Cricket Club Redevelopment of Bowling Green Building and Nets

The old bowling green will have a new state of the art 30m x 14m, 4 lane artificial cricket net installed. This will involve installing a new base followed by cricket matting and a frame for the netting along with an electric point and security fencing. This area will then be landscaped to ensure it as low maintenance as possible. The old bowling green building will have its asbestos roof removed along with its windows and the interior completely stripped out. The project will install a new roof, windows, exterior ramp to meet part M building regs, decked area for viewing, an internal fit out including changing rooms, showers, access for all toilet, kitchenette and communal area in addition to rendering/painting the outside of the building.
