Morningside Residents Association

Morningside Residents Association aims to represent, ascertain, co-ordinate and express to North Lanarkshire Council, Statutory Boards and other Public Bodies, the views of the community which it represents in relation to matters for which those Authorities and / or Bodies are responsible, and to take such action in the interests of the community as appears to its members to be desirable and practicable.
Due to the village swing park being removed many years previously, the Association requires a new park to be installed. In addition to the play park, the Association also wants to move the monument from elsewhere in the village to the play park, and build a multi-sport court. The large football pitch will receive new improved drainage and be reduced to a 7-a-side area to attract more useage.
