Morton Colliery Cricket Club, Derbyshire – New Boundary Ropes and Sightscreen

The Village Cricket team has won division two and consequently promotion to division one, but to take part at this level a Clubmark Status had to be achieved, which has just been done; a league survey of the ground has stated that a boundary rope and upgrade to the sight screens are required.

Should the previously detailed improvements not be carried out, then the Club will not be permitted to compete in division 1, which will be a big disappointment to both players and volunteers in the club, who have worked tirelessly to achieve this.
