Moss Bank Park, Bolton

The project will enhance the amenity and biodiversity value of Bolton’s flagship Moss Bank Park. New signage and interpretation will showcase the heritage, amenity and biodiversity value of the Park to increase use and experience amongst local communities.

The establishment of a new volunteering programme will allow local people to play a more active role in practical action to improve and interpret their park whilst gaining new skills and improved health. A number of volunteers will support and lead a new programme of engagement activities for adults and families to improve visitor numbers and experience at the Park.
