Moss Valley Woodlands Improvements

To carry out work to the infrastructure and vegetation of Moss Valley Woodlands to improve them for the benefit of people and wildlife.
The work will involve:
1. Installation of a kissing gate, steps and a footbridge over a stream.
2. Erection of some post and rail fencing to protect woodland.
3. Resurfacing some sections of bridleway.
4. Coppicing, removal of sycamore and relocation of oak saplings.
5. Supplementary planting of native broadleaved trees.
6. Clearing scrub. Cutting back vegetation to open up bridleways.
7. Removal of a redundant barbed wire fence.
