Mullagh Old Graveyards

Mullagh Old Graveyard dates back to the 15th/16th century and while it is no longer used for burials, many of the local families have ancient ancestors buried there and still visit it frequently. Magherafelt DC maintains the site and cuts the grass but there is major restoration work required to ensure the character of the site is maintained for future generations. The main work required involves the stripping of ivy of the perimeter wall and the restoration of the wall.
