To replace an existing central heating system that is 25 years old with a new 'eco' friendly boiler with high efficiency (low surface temperature) radiators. The current heating system provides inadequate heating, does not deliver sufficient hot water and is costly. The fuel oil tank is to be replaced by a new tank and re located to comply with current fire legislation and building recommendations.
