NCN5 Ryecroft provides a vital off-road link into the centre of Walsall, connecting to other green spaces, the shopping centre and businesses, making it ideal for commuters and social users alike and is currently in very poor condition. Fresh tarmac will bring it back into use, making it accessible for wheelchair users, people with prams and pushchairs as well as walkers and cyclists. Bird & bat boxes will be fitted by local volunteers to increase biodiversity, as well as plants and trees.
