Naunton Court Orchard management

To continue with the restoration of this beautiful old orchard. Continue to plant old Worcestershire variety fruit trees and manage the existing trees for their wildlife value. Continue to manage the grassland to reduce the invasive weeds and encourage a more diverse flora for pollinators.
The Project will fund the new trees and stock-proof guards as well as a section of new fence to ensure appropriate grazing. The existing pond and ditch will be opened up slightly to improve habitat for aquatic insects as well as breeding areas for amphibians.
