Neighbourhood Environmental Action Teams (NEATs) Pilot Project

NEATs aims to encourage neighbourhoods to get a grip with the local environment to benefit the whole community. NEATs would typically look at types and sources of litter, graffiti, fly-posting, dog fouling, fly-tipping, street lighting and litter and recycling facility provision in their community.
