Nene Park – Wildlife Enhancement Measures

The project will build a mink-proof tern raft that will float on water in the park offering common terns and other seabirds a comfortable and safe location to rest and feed, to ensure an abundance of wildlife for visitors to enjoy. Also to implement wildlife friendly measures, including bat and bird boxes, a bug hotel and wildflower strips.
