Nether Kellet Village Hall, access and facility improvements

Project aims to improve the access and aesthetic appearance of the hall including a number of measures to improve the accessibilty for young, less able and low mobility users. Measures include redecoration, purchase of lightweight tables and chairs, recarpeting and sanitary fittings.
