Nether Langwith Village Green Environmental Improvements

The River Poulter splits into two channels in the village of Nether Langwith rejoining at the eastern end of the village past the Village Green. Repairs are required to the channels to address poor water flow in the southern channel which is having a detrimental impact on wildlife and reduce water flow in the northern channel which currently posses a flooding risk. in addition to repairs to the channels this project will re-establuish traditional aquatic plants and provide interpretation about the Greensaquaric fauna / history.
