Purchase 13 acres of agriculturally improved famland and transform this into vibrant and new native woodland for the benefit of biodiversity and people. Add to the recreational value of the woodland and improve the quality of the environment around Taunton with local partners. Enhance the educational value of the woodland for both adults and young people, increasing health and fitness. Contribute to the Borough Council’s target of one hectare of Local Nature reserve for every 1000 residents within the Borough.
