Nethertown Playground in Pittencrieff Park

To remove the existing playground as it nears the end of its safe life, and to replace it with equipment which is better matched to the environment and more capable of encouraging adventurous play. To include landscaping, building in hard and soft surfaces, mounds and paths; and installation of natural-looking play equipment, the design to be inspired by children’s responses to survey. To extend FOPP’s initiatives in local community involvement furthering more imaginative use of the park and glen, a miniature countryside on our doorstep.
