New Annex for St Margarets Hall

St. Margaret’s Hall, Hatherley, is a former church hall, operating since 1998 as a community hall; owned by Cheltenham Borough Council, but run by St Margaret’s Hall Users Group, a self-help group of hall users.

The hall diary is full, the Users Group is receiving requests for hall capacity, particularly for smaller halls and rooms, which it cannot meet. Other hall providers in the areas of Hatherley, Warden hill and The Reddings are also near to capacity. The proposed annex is for 75 person capacity, with the possibility to be divided in to two rooms.

Cheltenham Borough Council have offered 35 year lease. The new project already has planning permission.
