New Boiler Plant for Blackburn Cathedral

The removal of existing outdated and inefficient heating plant associated pipework and asbestos lagging (following a type 3 survey), and their subsequent replacement with 2no. new condensing boilers and a CHP unit together with associated new connections, pipework, valves, tanks, buffer vessel, insulation and IBEMS controls including all necessary electrical work as described within the tender documents.
