New Bond Street Community Garden: Outdoor Gym and Play Area

In 2009, local residents worked together with Calderdale Council to create a community garden on previously un-used land in central Halifax.Residents are keen to build on the success of the garden and meet local people’s needs for facilities for children’s play and general fitness. The proposal is to install an outdoor gym and young children’s play area in the garden.
