New carpets due to damage from air conditioning

A large proportion of the carpets and matting, etc. have been damaged due to the Air Conditioning Unit leaking. This Air Conditioning Unit is now being replaced but not before it has extensively damaged most of the carpets. This is a well established community Club and presently the public is walking on wet and rather smelly carpets. As quite a number of elderly and/or disabled people use the Club on a regular basis this is also causing a health and safety problem. As soon as the new Air Conditioning is installed the carpets need to be replaced as a matter of urgency.
