New Central Heating and Hot Water System

The current central heating installed at the communitiy centre is no longer 'up to the job'. The pipework in the main hall of the building consists of under seats pipes that were installed when the Centre was first built or shortly thereafter. They now have several leaks at the joins that have been tightened up many times and are now beyond any further tightening and yet still leak. Provision of a new system is now required.
