New Jubilee House

to provide a headquarters and Pack Holiday House for Girlguiding Oxfrodshire. An exisitng temporary building is in a poor state of reoair, and will be replaced with a new modular buidling with access for all, providing an activity centre, meeting rooms and taining facilities, a campsite, and office accommodation.
