New Meeting Hall, 1st Corringham Scout Group, Essex

This is a project to replace the Meeting Hall for 1st Corringham Scouts. The current building is subsiding into the lake that is located directly behind the Tindall Lodge plot of land. The hall is old and in need of replacement, however a significant cost of the re-build will be suitable foundations for the new premises. The group’s aim is to provide a new building which is environmentally friendly, suitable for people with disabilities, and provides a safe and comfortable hall for the local community to use as well as the five Scout group sections.
