New Members Clubhouse, Bradbourne Riding for the Disabled, Sevenoaks

This is a project to replace the Clubhouse at Bradbourne Riding for the Disabled in Sevenoaks. The current building is 45 years old and is in poor condition. It leaks and is difficult for people with mobility problems, as it is uneven underfoot. Its construction is mainly asbestos and its immediate replacement is imperative. The proposal is for a Clubhouse of 10m x 6.11m (the same size as the existing facility), with a side covered veranda of 10m x 2.6m, containing a main room of 40m2, a small store of 3.9m2, and a kitchen area of 7.38m2. A pinelog design has been selected following extensive research, as it allows for the veranda and canopy, and all electrical work and fixtures are included with the design.
