New Orleans Estate Environmental Improvements

The project involves the improvements to the estate walkways and the re-development of the football pitch. Access to and security of the estate will be improved through new steps, kerbs, lighting, paving, handrails and planting while the pitch will receive new surfacing, fencing, gates, line markings, goals and lighting.The project involves resident’s participations in the design and planning process. New facilities will foster community spirit as issues of safety, security and anti-social behaviour are being addressed. Improved facilities will also encourage greater participation in sports and recreation and contribute to the well-being of residence.
