New Pond and Wildflower Meadow for the Community of Stanwick

The project at Stanwick Pocket Park will enhance local people’s and schoolchildren’s enjoyment of the site, and will increase its biodiversity. It will include the creation of a nectar-rich wildflower meadow, a pond network/ wetland area and butterfly mounds. Seating and interpretation will be provided, as will safe storage for maintenance tools so that the local community can be involved in and after the project.
