New Scout Hut Roof, 11th Gloucester (Hucclecote) Scout Group

This project involves replacing the roof of the scout hut. After a recent survey of the asbestos cement roof, cracking and surface delamination was revealed, not unexpected as the roof is over 48 years old. The roof has been leaking and has been temporarily patched. It has been recommended that the roof is replaced with coated steel and insulated roof.
