New Ubosot Hall Mechanical and Electrical works

The project is to install a range of essential/energy efficient, mechanical and electrical (M&E) equipment within the new 230-person capacity multi-purpose community hall including air Source Heat Pump, lighting and electrics. The project will make improvements that will be sustainable, have the lowest environmental impact over the lifetime of the building while creating a more inclusive, larger capacity, DDA Compliant facility.
