Newby Village Hall Refurbishment

To refurbish and upgrade the present 90 year old Village Hall to include the provision of thermal insulation to walls and roof, new heating system, new electrical installation, replacement doors and windows and the rebuilding of the present inadequate toilet accommodation to include disabled facilities and access.
