Newchurch Parish Hall Main Roof Replacement

Newchurch Parish Hall occupies a prominent position in the centre of the village of Culcheth, about ¼ of a mile away from Newchurch Parish Church. It consists of two adjoining halls with a shared kitchen, toilets and storage areas. The main roof of the larger hall, built in around 1960, now needs replacement as it has deteriorated badly. The aim is to replace the existing felt roof with a metal roof, which will match other roofs on the building, and provide a covering to the building which should last indefinitely. The new roof will also improve the insulation of the building. The works will include associated gutters and drains, and the treatment of the metal with ‘Smart Water’ as required by our insurers.
