Newchurch Parish Hall Refurbishment

The Parish Hall consists of an original building constructed in 1821, and a larger hall with an entrance, side and joining section between the two, built in about 1960. Various elements of the 1960 building need to be replaced, whilst the whole of the 1960s exterior needs repointing. The flat roof over the entrance, side and joining section needs to be replaced with a metal camber roof which will require less structural support and which will have a longer life. Replacement of exterior bargeboards and soffits. Replacing the high level lighting with new more environmentally friendly lighting.
