Newick Playground Appeal

Newick Parish Council with the help of this grant is going to re-design and revamp the Children’s Play Area which is in need of updating. New equipment will be purchased, new safety surface will be laid down, new fencing will be erected to keep the area safe while sporting games take place. By undertaking this project the area will conform to new regulations being brought into force in the Spring of 2007 and without the support the area would have to be closed. There will be a piece of equipment for children with disabilities. The area is well used throughout the year by children from the village as well as surrounding villages
