To enhance areas of open spaces – across the city – by the provision of 200 hanging baskets and 40 planter tubs. To support local ‘in bloom’ groups by allocating baskets and planters, within their own geographic areas. Plants and watering, to be provided within the first year. Thereafter, to become the responsibility of the local groups
